As FPGA Engineering Manager, you will inspire and grow a high-performing team, ensuring technical standards are met and project goals are achieved. You will oversee architecture, design and implementation of FPGA solutions, contributing hands-on expertise while guiding your team through complex challenges. Collaboration with software, hardware and system teams will be key to delivering integrated solutions on time and to specification.
Requirements
- BSc, MSc or PhD in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive experience in FPGA design and architecture
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong RTL design, simulation and timing analysis knowledge
- Experience with high-speed interfaces, DSP and hardware–software co-design
- Track record of delivering complex FPGA systems from concept to production
Desirable
- Exposure to hardware security, functional safety or DO-254 compliance
- Awareness of hardware security considerations
- Scripting and automation experience
