High Speed Digital and Hardware Design Lead
Salary: Circa £58,000–£65,000 plus annual bonuses
Locations: Stevenage or Bristol (relocation package available)
Hybrid working: 3-4 days per week on-site

The Role
- You will be responsible for the electronics design and development of high-speed MPSoC FPGA and AI hardware solutions targeting SDR, radar signal processing and sensor fusion applications.
- Work across multidisciplinary engineering teams to support the Technical Lead/Architect to specify elegant and optimised solutions that satisfy customer needs.
- Focus on the detailed design of high-speed digital aspects, as well as participating in other electronics design activities through the full product development lifecycle.
About You
- Solid experience in complex, high-speed digital electronics design with a strong academic background.
- Experience in MPSoC FPGA, DDR and Flash memory and high-speed serial interconnect design.
- Experience in SI and PI Analysis.
- Proficiency in VHDL to support board-level testing and debugging.
- Proficiency in C, C++, or Python to support board-level testing and debugging.
- Familiarity with DSP concepts for SDR, radar signal processing and optical sensors.
- Ability to develop elegant hardware architectures through detailed understanding and collaboration with systems, software, firmware, mechanical and production teams.
