What you will need:

  • British nationality required
  • Post-graduate degree in Human Factors or Ergonomics accredited by the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors
  • Experience managing human performance and risk assessments for safety-critical tasks

Your role:

  • Provide human factors support for inspections, audits, risk assessments and safety-critical projects
  • Develop and deliver training, policy, procedures and guidance on human factors integration
  • Drive continuous improvement in health, safety and environmental performance
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and enhance standards

Your experience:

  • Human factors-based risk assessment techniques, particularly safety-critical task analysis
  • Integration of human factors risk into general health, safety and environmental protection
  • Experience in high-hazard environments
  • Strong technical and behavioural capability in safety-critical operations
