What you will need:
- British nationality required
- Post-graduate degree in Human Factors or Ergonomics accredited by the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors
- Experience managing human performance and risk assessments for safety-critical tasks
Your role:
- Provide human factors support for inspections, audits, risk assessments and safety-critical projects
- Develop and deliver training, policy, procedures and guidance on human factors integration
- Drive continuous improvement in health, safety and environmental performance
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and enhance standards
Your experience:
- Human factors-based risk assessment techniques, particularly safety-critical task analysis
- Integration of human factors risk into general health, safety and environmental protection
- Experience in high-hazard environments
- Strong technical and behavioural capability in safety-critical operations
