Essential requirements
- Active Security Clearance and British nationality – we cannot hire without these
- Proven experience managing Training Needs Analysis within the defence sector
- Thorough understanding of Ministry of Defence Defence Systems Approach to Training methodology
- Strong background in requirements and acceptance management for simulation environments
- Background in project or programme management alongside a science, technology, engineering or mathematics degree
