Technical Instructor Aviation Training
Location: Teesside - Hybrid
Salary: Up to £57,000 Permanent
Electus Recruitment Solutions is supporting a leading aviation training organisation in hiring a Technical Instructor to deliver high-quality technical and non-technical training across engineering, maintenance and operational teams.
The Role
Youll design, develop and deliver engaging training aligned with Part 147, Part 66 and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include creating training materials, delivering aircraft type and human factors courses, conducting assessments, maintaining training records and supporting continuous improvement. Occasional UK/international travel is required.
About You
- Experience delivering technical, engineering or aviation training
- Strong knowledge of UK CAA/EASA regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities
- Able to obtain SC clearance
Desirable: Part 147/Part 66 experience, B1/B2 licence, teaching/assessing qualification, engineering degree, SMS/ISO knowledge.
