You will get the exciting opportunity to make an impact on complex defence programmes while developing your career in integrated logistics support. This is an opportunity to influence system design and shape effective through-life support solutions across the product lifecycle. What you will need British nationality is required due to the nature of the work. Proven experience in an Integrated Logistics Support, Supportability or Through-Life Support role within the defence or aerospace sector. Strong practical knowledge of ASD S-Series Integrated Logistics Support standards. A broad engineering background, ideally with a degree or equivalent technical qualification and experience of complex product development or support. Experience leading activities across multidisciplinary teams and working with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Salary and rewards Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience, with hybrid working and typically 1 to 2 days per week onsite. Your role Lead the development and delivery of Integrated Logistics Support strategies and plans in line with customer and contractual requirements. Manage supportability activities across the product lifecycle, from concept and design through manufacture and into service. Develop through-life support policies and ensure the effective application of relevant industry standards and defence requirements. Oversee activities including Logistics Support Analysis, maintenance task analysis, spares modelling, provisioning, support equipment, training and technical documentation. Act as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders, supporting delivery across UK and international programmes. Contribute to bids and proposals through supportability costing, risk assessment and strategic planning while mentoring ILS practitioners. Your experience Experience applying ASD S-Series standards in a practical Integrated Logistics Support environment. Knowledge of defence or aerospace engineering and complex product development or support. Experience with UK defence customers or major defence organisations would be beneficial. Experience supporting bids and proposals, including cost and risk considerations. Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to prioritise competing demands, lead teams and ensure commitments are delivered.
