- British nationality is required due to security constraints
- Degree level education in electronic engineering, computer science or a related technical discipline
- Practical software development capabilities using Python, C and C++
- Deep understanding of mobile networks, communication protocols and wireless technologies
What you will be doing
- Conducting technical research into new defense projects to determine engineering feasibility
- Developing functional prototypes and demonstrating proof of concept designs to clients
- Articulating complex technical research findings clearly in both written reports and verbal briefings
- Investigating mobile security architectures, trust certificates and cyber security incidents
Skills and background
- Thorough knowledge of mobile networks, VPNs, WiFi, Bluetooth and NFC
- Understanding of cyber security incident response and mobile threat landscapes
- Experience with eDiscovery tools or digital forensic methodologies
