What you will be doing:
- Partner with practice managers to monitor performance, productivity and returns
- Manage month-end accounting including reconciliations, adjustments and commentary
- Review overhead bookings, accruals and prepayments for accuracy
- Support wider finance team with budgets, audits and project work

- Business partnering experience within a finance environment
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines
- Comfortable liaising with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
Where you will be based:
