What you will need:
- British nationality
- Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and IT skills, including advanced Excel
- Experience in business partnering or finance support

What you will be doing:
- Partner with practice managers to monitor performance, productivity and returns
- Manage month-end accounting including reconciliations, adjustments and commentary
- Review overhead bookings, accruals and prepayments for accuracy
- Support wider finance team with budgets, audits and project work

- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
