Location and Working Pattern

This hybrid role requires regular on-site presence at one of the organisation’s offices in Bristol, Cardiff, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Falmouth or Liverpool.

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and capture management.
  • A network of industry contacts and the ability to build long‑term collaborative relationships.
  • Commercial awareness and experience guiding bids and projects.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide teams.
