Join a leading engineering consultancy as a Defence Land and Air Business Manager. This role offers the opportunity to help shape the organisation’s growth strategy across the Land and Air domains, working closely with technical teams and senior leadership to deliver innovative solutions to defence customers.
Location and Working Pattern
This hybrid role requires regular on-site presence at one of the organisation’s offices in Bristol, Cardiff, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Falmouth or Liverpool.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience
- A strong background in the UK defence sector, including consultancy experience.
- Expertise in Land and Air systems, with knowledge of areas such as Land Systems, Soldier Systems, Crewed and Uncrewed Air Systems, Autonomous Platforms, and CyberEM Defence.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and capture management.
- A network of industry contacts and the ability to build long‑term collaborative relationships.
- Commercial awareness and experience guiding bids and projects.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide teams.
