Engineering Delivery Manager

Essential requirements
- Security Check clearance eligibility
- Background in engineering delivery within a regulated environment, including CAA and Military Aviation Authority framework.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical decision-making
Your role
- Lead engineering delivery activity across design, airworthiness, manufacturing and maintenance functions
- Provide authoritative technical guidance for programme delivery
- Support bid activity and shape technical solutions with stakeholders
- Manage engineering risk, regulatory compliance and performance targets
Your experience
- Apprenticeship or degree in aeronautical, electrical or mechanical engineering
- Strong understanding of civil and defence regulatory frameworks
- Ability to navigate changing environments and maintain programme stability
- Clear communication skills with senior stakeholders
