Experience working in project delivery or project controls environments, with a strong background in risk management.
Proven experience developing and maintaining risk registers, including identifying, assessing and managing threats and opportunities.
Experience supporting major infrastructure projects and working with multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present risk information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Salary up to £75,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Develop and maintain robust project risk registers to support effective decision-making across infrastructure programmes.
Facilitate risk workshops, capture key risks and opportunities and support teams in developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
Analyse project risks, dependencies and impacts to improve delivery confidence and programme outcomes.
Produce clear risk reporting for a range of stakeholders.
Support the integration of risk processes across complex project environments.
Strong knowledge of risk management tools such as Active Risk Manager (ARM), processes and techniques.
Experience working with project controls disciplines including change management and commercial considerations.
Ability to challenge assumptions, identify risks and develop practical solutions.
Confident working independently while collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications or professional development in project management, risk or related disciplines are advantageous.
