What you will need:

  • Five years continuous UK residency
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain full UK security clearance
  • Strong experience delivering nuclear safety cases and hazard studies within licensed or authorised environments

Salary and rewards:

Your role:

  • Lead the development and delivery of nuclear safety documentation across complex facilities
  • Produce safety assessments and technical outputs aligned to regulatory and client requirements
  • Define and demonstrate compliance against nuclear safety requirements
  • Support periodic safety reviews for high complexity systems and infrastructure
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
  • Collaborate closely with clients and partner organisations to shape safe engineering solutions

Your experience:

  • Proven background developing, facilitating and documenting nuclear safety cases
  • Strong understanding of hazard identification and safety assessment methodologies
  • Experience working on nuclear licensed or authorised sites
  • Ability to provide technical guidance across nuclear or process engineering domains
  • Professional membership of a relevant chartered engineering institution
  • Understanding of UK nuclear authorising conditions or regulatory frameworks
