Audio Visual Technician 12 months FTC

Where you will work: London and Dublin (80% London, 20% Dublin). This is a hybrid role with travel requirements. You will take ownership of high end audiovisual infrastructure across key European sites while delivering technical excellence in a high performance environment. This role offers the autonomy to manage sophisticated systems and the scope to influence user experience at a premier level.

What you will need:

  • Right to work in the UK without sponsorship - we cannot sponsor candidates for fixed term contract positions
  • Proven experience providing onsite technical support for professional audiovisual systems
  • Strong understanding of signal flow and integrated audio systems
  • Good networking knowledge including IP addressing and virtual local area networks

Your package:

Up to £60,000 per annum for a 12 month fixed term contract - up to £5k per month

The work:

  • Provide onsite technical support to ensure high availability and performance of all audiovisual systems
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and connectivity issues across conferencing and display environments
  • Assist with the installation and commissioning of system upgrades and new infrastructure
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support logs while coordinating with internal teams and vendors

Your profile:

  • Expertise in troubleshooting complex audiovisual hardware and software issues
  • Familiarity with conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom Rooms
  • Experience with control system programming
  • Understanding of audiovisual over internet protocol technologies and multicast networking
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering high quality customer support
  • Relevant technical certifications in networking or audiovisual systems
