You will take ownership of high-priority projects that drive the design and development of intricate electronic subsystems from early concept through to full production. This role provides a clear professional development path towards Delivery Lead and Sector Lead, allowing you to manage expanding project portfolios and lead larger project management teams. Key responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of highly complex and priority defence manufacturing projects to time, cost and quality standards.
  • Drive the engineering design and development phases of advanced electronic subsystems into full manufacturing production.
  • Formulate and execute delivery strategies as a senior member of the project management team.
  • Mentor and guide engineering project coordinators to build capability across the project portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with project controllers utilising P6 scheduling tools to maintain program momentum.

Location and setup
