- Active Security Clearance and British nationality – we cannot hire without these
- Proven experience managing Training Needs Analysis within the defence sector
- Thorough understanding of Ministry of Defence Defence Systems Approach to Training methodology
- Strong background in requirements and acceptance management for simulation environments
- Background in project or programme management alongside a science technology engineering or mathematics degree

What you will be doing:
- Leading Training Needs Analysis and producing comprehensive requirements documentation including user and system specifications
- Supporting project planning alongside acceptance activities to ensure efficient delivery of complex learning solutions
- Collaborating closely with engineering teams to oversee quality assurance and manage training design activities
- Representing the organisation at industry events and supporting business development proposals
Skills and background:
- Practical experience working within defence simulation or immersive technology environments
- Technical capability to translate complex operational needs into clear statements of work
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to advise senior stakeholders and engineering teams
- Familiarity with organisational development or research and development initiatives
Location and setup:
This role is based in Portsmouth on a hybrid working pattern. This is a fixed term contract role for 6 months.
