You will perform diagnosis and troubleshooting of complex products at a system level (to component or subassembly as required). About the Role: • Conduct routine repair, calibration/adjustment, diagnosis, service, support, and upgrades to all solutions products. • Provide detailed product feedback/route cause analysis so that corrective action can be implemented. • As required, provide customer support via telephone/email/tickets regarding technical repair issues. About You: • You must have experience in a related field with strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with using electronic test equipment required, e.g., oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters, and signal generators. • Able to effectively use Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook. • Previous experience with SAP/Oracle platforms would be an advantage. • A degree in electronics or equivalent would be a bonus. Key Information: • Role: Service Engineer • Salary: Circa £35,000 • Location: West Malling (On-Site) • Eligibility: British Citizenship holders due to security clearance requirements (see below) Key Skills: Electro-mechanical troubleshooting, electronic test equipment, service engineering.
