Senior/Principal Town Planner London or Epsom · Hybrid · £35,000–£70,000 A leading consultancy is seeking experienced Town Planners at senior and principal level to support the growth of its planning team. You\’ll contribute to a broad range of development and infrastructure projects across sectors including energy, transport, housing and government. The role involves leading planning workstreams, managing multi-disciplinary project teams and delivering high-quality planning advice. You\’ll also support bids, mentor junior colleagues and build client relationships. Ideal candidates will bring experience with TCPA, DCO, TWAO or EIA processes and be confident operating in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments. A planning degree is required. RTPI membership is desirable. Strong communication, report writing and presentation skills are essential. You should be able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and engage effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
