- Strengthen cost control and improve forecast accuracy
- Increase speed and structure of risk data transition into internal tools including HIVE
- Support bid activity through resource profiling and Basis of Estimate inputs
- Prepare resourcing load and support EVM activity
- Capture lessons learned to support future delivery
