The Essentials
- Sole British Nationality (required due to security clearance requirements).
- Expertise with Unreal Engine 5, with a deep understanding of its ecosystem.
- High proficiency in C++ within a production environment.

- Driving Technical Delivery: Leading the creation of Unreal Engine projects, complex digital twins, and advanced robotic simulations.
- Strategic Advising: Acting as a trusted subject matter expert, guiding stakeholders on emerging modeling techniques and technical innovation.
- Bid & Relationship Management: Nurturing high-level relationships and coordinating technical bid activities for critical projects.
- Architectural & Team Leadership: Shaping the company’s technical footprint by designing robust software architectures and mentoring engineering teams.
Skills & Experience
- Simulation Expertise: Proven experience with entity- or event-based simulation.
- Optimization: A track record of modifying large-scale projects to fit strict hardware and performance constraints.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Experience with line management, supporting engineers in their professional growth, and managing stakeholders effectively.
- Technical Authoring: Comfort writing clear, authoritative technical reports.
- Desirable: Proficiency in C# or Python is a strong plus.
