- Monitor and optimize electroplating standards to ensure high quality finishes and minimal scrap rates.
- Develop and implement PFMEA materials for both New Product Introductions and existing production lines.
- Ensure full site compliance with IPPC permits and COSHH regulations.
- Provide technical support to shop floor teams and update process instructions.
- Oversee wastewater effluent systems and coordinate hazardous waste disposal.

- Strong background in chemical manufacturing or metal finishing.
- Detailed understanding of Health and Safety protocols within a hazardous environment.
- Ability to mentor shop floor operators and manage skills matrices.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies like 5S or Root Cause Analysis.
