Contract Inside IR35: Planner, Change Planning Specialist
Greater London - Borough of Hillingdon, hybrid (minimum 3 days in office, 2 days from home)
12 months initially with potential for extension
Take ownership of high-value civil engineering programmes, shaping compensation event submissions and influencing project outcomes. Ensure contractual compliance while progressing your planning career on complex projects.
Key responsibilities:- Develop and prepare NEC Clause 60 programmes with technical narratives
- Analyse delay and disruption events to support compensation event submissions
- Liaise with delivery teams to ensure robust impact evaluation
- Support client and contractor interactions to secure entitlement
- Ideally, 10+ years’ planning experience, including contract and change analysis
- NEC contracts experience in high-value civil/construction projects
- Experience in civil engineering, e.g. tunnelling, structures, earthworks or similar
- Primavera P6 expertise
- Change management experience
- Degree in civil engineering or a relevant professional qualification is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills across project stakeholders
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
