What you will need:
- British nationality required
- UK Security Check (SC) eligibility desirable
- Engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience, with ILS experience preferred but not essential; strong military engineering backgrounds considered
Salary and rewards:
£40,000 - £53,000. Highly Competitive benefits on offer.
What you will be doing:
- Provide Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) guidance and management across multi-domain defence systems
- Conduct analysis including Level of Repair, Life Cycle Costing, and Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis
- Produce ILS Management Plans and support obsolescence management across the system lifecycle
- Advise on spares, maintenance policies, and reliability assessments to optimise operational readiness
- Support bid and project compliance activities, demonstrating the value of proactive ILS management
Your experience:
- Proven experience in delivering or supporting ILS in defence environments or strong engineering experience within the Military (Army, Navy etc.)
- Knowledge of UK Defence Standards and relevant international standards
- Familiarity with control systems, software, and maritime platforms
- Ability to work across project lifecycles and interpret technical documentation for system support
Where you will work:
Richmond, Greater London - hybrid working pattern with approximately 10% travel.
