My client, a world leader in the defence sector, requires an Engineering Skills Capability Lead to join their team in Stevenage or Bristol, helping them to undergo a step change in the ways they work, leading the innovation for technical skills and knowledge initiatives. Engineering Skills Capability Lead The Engineering Skills & Capability Lead will be supporting improvement projects in Engineering to allow our client to develop and deliver current and future products. Working within the Capability & Governance team, you will be delivering the Engineering Skills & Knowledge Strategy by identifying critical technical skills and implementing actions to develop working practices and initiatives within an international environment across their European business perimeter. You will support the delivery and co-ordination of improvement projects to enable continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to work with technical experts to support the delivery of strategies and solutions across the Engineering community, working on a wide range of projects, governing the processes to ensure delivery of the long-term engineering vision.
