  • Security Check clearance eligibility
  • Background in engineering delivery within a regulated environment, including CAA and Military Aviation Authority framework.

  • Lead engineering delivery activity across design, airworthiness, manufacturing and maintenance functions
  • Provide authoritative technical guidance for programme delivery
  • Support bid activity and shape technical solutions with stakeholders
  • Manage engineering risk, regulatory compliance and performance targets

  • Apprenticeship or degree in aeronautical, electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Strong understanding of civil and defence regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to navigate changing environments and maintain programme stability
