Job Description

Data AnalystJob Title: Data AnalystLocation: Aldermaston / Greenpark (hybrid – 3 days onsite)Salary: CompetitiveWorking: HybridContract: 6 monthsOur ClientWe are supporting a client who is seeking a Data Analyst to strengthen their HR reporting and analytics capabilities. The role focuses on creating, analysing, and delivering accurate Workday reports and data sets to drive decision-making and optimise HR operations.The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting projects and providing insights to enhance operational efficiency. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong technical reporting skills and experience in Workday reporting environments.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports to meet business needs
  • Build, manage, and analyse data sets using Workday Prism
  • Produce technical reports and actionable analyses
  • Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to understand requirements
  • Support project delivery and ensure timely completion of tasks

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Workday Report Writer
  • Hands-on expertise with Workday Prism for data set creation
  • Strong technical report writing and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience
  • Experience working within a project delivery environment

Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Familiarity with ServiceNOW (desirable)
  • Data science knowledge (desirable)
  • Active SC security clearance
