Electrosonic is seeking a Customer Success & Onsite Services Manager to lead post-sales relationships, drive service excellence, and manage distributed onsite teams across the UK. You will own customer satisfaction, contract performance, renewals, and account growth while collaborating with Service Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to optimise AV systems.

The role requires data-driven decision making, strong leadership, and the ability to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
