If you're a Quality Engineer who wants to improve things, not simply police them, this is worth a conversation. Our client is a growing advanced electronics manufacturer supplying demanding defence, law-enforcement and civil markets. They're looking for a Production Quality Engineer who can make a genuine impact on how quality is delivered.
You’ll work across the full manufacturing lifecycle: incoming materials, PCB/PCBA production, assembly, test and final inspection. You’ll investigate real production problems, lead root-cause and corrective actions, support NPI and audits, strengthen quality systems and help create a genuine culture of continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on electronics manufacturing quality role, not quality in theory.
We’re looking for:
- Relevant Engineering degree
- Production Quality Engineering experience within electronics manufacturing
- Strong PCB/PCBA manufacturing knowledge
- IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001
- AS9100 and/or ISO 9001
- Root Cause / CAPA / 8D / FMEA experience
- ERP/MRP experience
- Hands-on measurement, inspection and test equipment knowledge
