Positions ETC is hiring students (16 years or older) to work in Manufacturing during the 2026 summer break. Positions are available in a variety of manufacturing departments, all of which offer a clean, safe, climate‑controlled work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assembly roles involve following procedures and instructions to build product to quality and print specifications while maintaining productivity levels.
Qualifications
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to operate hand and small power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- No prior assembly experience necessary – we will teach you!
Locations & Hours
- Positions are available in both Middleton and Mazomanie locations.
- Work hours vary based on department, but most are daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with a starting hourly rate of $16 per hour.
