Reporting to the Development Manager, you will use modern tools and data‑driven strategies to refine game quality, focusing on Online components, Settings, UI, Persistence, and supporting infrastructure.
Responsibilities- You will design and execute test strategies for behavioral AI, game settings, and persistence features using game engines and toolsets, helping us deliver engaging player experiences.
- You will analyze project metrics and large datasets to inform quality decisions, increasing test coverage with AI‑assisted workflows and supporting us in making data‑driven improvements.
- You will monitor game builds, track fixes, and review designs to identify bugs and user concerns early, promoting our 'Players First' philosophy and collaborating with partners across multiple projects.
- You will facilitate knowledge sharing across the team and support quality improvements, enabling us to grow together and strengthen our inclusive team culture.
- 4+ years of experience in software development and quality assurance in gaming.
- Experience with game engines, Grey/White box testing, and supporting behavioral AI features.
- Experience using AI‑assisted workflows and automation to improve test coverage and analyze data.
- Experience presenting technical feedback and summarizing risks for partners and QA teams.
