You will join us in shaping the Battlefield Single Player Systems Team, improving globally recognized franchises and enhancing player experiences. Reporting to the Development Manager, you will use modern tools and data‑driven strategies to refine game quality, focusing on Online components, Settings, UI, Persistence, and supporting infrastructure.
Responsibilities- You will design and execute test strategies for behavioral AI, game settings, and persistence features using game engines and toolsets, helping us deliver engaging player experiences.
- You will analyze project metrics and large datasets to inform quality decisions, increasing test coverage with AI‑assisted workflows and supporting us in making data‑driven improvements.
- You will monitor game builds, track fixes, and review designs to identify bugs and user concerns early, promoting our “Players First” philosophy and collaborating with partners across multiple projects.
- You will facilitate knowledge sharing across the team and support quality improvements, enabling us to grow together and strengthen our inclusive team culture.
- 4+ years of experience in software development and quality assurance in gaming.
- Experience with game engines, Grey/White box testing, and supporting behavioral AI features.
