This is a hybrid remote/in-office role working 3 days in the Guildford office.

Global Integrated Communications is a community-driven communications team that drives storytelling, engagement, news and information, and content creation across platforms - serving players, creators, and press within the Integrated Marketing and Publishing organization. We’re looking for our new EU Creator Relations Lead to join us on The Sims franchise as an important liaison representing EU teams.

Reporting to the Global Creator Relations Manager, you’ll lead and implement the international creator strategy for the EU markets on The Sims, growing player engagement, retention and new audience growth. You’ll partner with Brand Marketing Regional Leads and help shape integrated go-to-market plans for the EU and LATAM, prioritising the UK, France, and Germany.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Global Integrated Communications team to adapt global programmes, such as brand activations, trends, or social activations for EU audiences.
  • Lead the EU creator relations team to develop and implement creator-led campaigns which reflect local trends, alongside nurturing creator talent.
  • Manage creators in EU markets, focusing on onboarding, relationship-building, and campaign execution tailored to their local audiences.
  • Leverage and utilise the EA Creator Network in the EU to support UGC growth, nurture new talent, and create opportunities for creators to engage with owned community marketing platforms.
  • Define international goals, indicators, tracking tools and reporting frameworks which are aligned with the global execution whilst complementing the EU goals.
  • Provide insights on EU market trends, creator performance, and community sentiment to the global team to inform the global strategy and best practices.
  • Manage UK creator agencies daily and support German and French agencies involved in campaigns.
Qualifications
  • You will have experience in Creator and Community Management in the UK and EU with existing local creator relationships.
  • You will have experience with digital and creator marketing and appropriate metrics of success.
  • Experience with and scope of knowledge of video and livestream platforms such as META, Snap, TikTok, X/Threads, Twitch, YouTube and other new social platforms.
