The Creative Lead will report to the Creative Director working Hybrid at our Criterion studio.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Creative Director to develop the Vision for the Campaigns in Battlefield.

Oversee development process from concept to final release collaborating with design, art, programming, and production teams.

Maintain a focus on experience and encounter design.

Work with Narrative, Level design, Cinematics and Audio to bring experiences together ensuring continuity and creative agreement.

Ensure the game meets quality standards and player expectations.

Adjust game design based on feedback and player testing results.

Present project updates to senior management.

Review all game design content and assets.

Provide leadership and mentorship to design team members, promoting a positive, creative, and inclusive work environment.

Collaborate to ensure the game is completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate with external partners, working with marketing and PR teams to promote the game where needed.

Stay updated with competitors, industry trends and incorporate new technologies.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in game development in a Creative leadership role.

Experienced with successful game projects, first‑person shooter games but also acceptable for Single Player / Campaign experiences.

Experience creating innovative, immersive, high‑quality gaming experiences.

Inspire and motivate a team.

Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

Experience with play testing and gathering player feedback.

Manage budgets and resources.

Experience with multiple game development tools and software.

Experience with project management methodologies.

Deep passion for video games both as a creator and as a player.

Interest in a varied genre of games, especially first‑person shooters and military‑themed ones.
