Partner with the Development Directors to manage the feature schedule, milestones, and sprint deliverables.

Lead and drive the creation of features in collaboration with creatives and our partners.

An experienced Producer with 5+ years of experience in game production, entertainment, game design, or relevant experience working with creative teams/media.

Have experience developing both single-player and online-enabled features and understand social systems.

Experience developing a staged product plan, including creating user stories and deliverables.

Experience with waterfall and Agile development processes.

Experience in an R&D environment is a bonus, not a requirement.

Experienced in using data and insights to inform planning and decision-making.
