Project Manager – Total Rewards Shared Services
6 Month Temporary Contract, Hybrid – 3 days per week at our Guildford Office, United Kingdom.
Project Manager – Total Rewards Shared Services (PM – TRSS) helps support the Total Rewards Centres of Excellence and employees globally. The PM – TRSS reports to the Senior Manager, TRSS, and contributes to the team\’s goals.
Responsibilities
- You will lead the review of EA\’s Benefits administration processes across multiple countries, identifying gaps and solutions.
- Assist us in collaborating with partners to implement improvements and identify gaps in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Romania, Netherlands, France, Italy, Czech Republic, and Germany.
- You will help us enhance process documentation with the TRSS team, clarify roles, and establish escalation processes.
- Facilitate additional transition of countries into TRSS support assisting us to, ensure a smooth transition and employee experience.
- You will provide bi-weekly updates and develop best practices with Benefits and People Partners.
- You will help us implement EA\’s new global benefits platform and expanding TRSS scope.
Qualifications
- Previous project management experience within shared services and EMEA benefits.
- Experience with EMEA benefits programmes.
- Recognise and recommend process improvements by using technology.
- Collaboration and project management skills.
