We are seeking a software engineer (backend) to help design, implement, and maintain backend systems powering next‐generation social and gaming experiences. This is a hands‐on role for an engineer who is passionate about backend development, enjoys problem‐solving, and wants to grow within a fast‐paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with senior engineers to build reliable, scalable, and performant services that reach millions of players worldwide.

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs that support live and social features.
• Implement features from design through to deployment, working under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams to deliver end‐to‐end features.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‐documented code, following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high‐quality delivery.
• Support DevOps/SRE efforts by maintaining CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems.
• Continuously learn and improve, developing technical depth in backend systems and cloud services.

• Delivery of reliable, well‐tested backend features aligned with project goals.
• Contribution to team productivity and code quality standards.
• Effective collaboration with peers and cross‐functional partners.
• Demonstrated growth in technical skills and ownership over time.

• 2–4+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, with working knowledge of cloud‐based environments (AWS or equivalent).
• Experience building API‐driven services that integrate with frontends or mobile clients.
• Good familiarity with databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, and/or MongoDB).
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows, testing, and debugging tools.
• Awareness of scalability, reliability, and security considerations in distributed systems.
• Curiosity and motivation to learn modern backend and DevOps practices.
