Reports to: Marketing Producer II
Responsibilities
- You will partner with the internal Creative and Production teams to guide the creative execution and production of AAA assets for a global sports and gaming audience.
- You will read scripts and work with the creative director to ensure its vision is aligned with brand vision, schedule, budget and quality targets.
- You will produce assets with cross-functional teams and partners to support global needs.
- You will maintain asset trackers and sync with partners to ensure understanding of asset production statuses and timing.
- You will manage and reduce project risks throughout the production process.
- You will create workback and production schedules based on delivery dates and keep interested parties updated (music groups, localization teams, creative, studio & legal teams).
- You will organise frequent creative reviews with dev, brand, activation, talent, licensees/licensors and other team members to solicit feedback and approval on latest cuts.
- You will initiate music licensing and composition requests with EA's music group, confirming usage, territory, timeline, and artist credits.
- You will quality check all assets for accurate spelling, required legal copy, ESRB ratings, correct end slate CTAs, and ensure files are error free.
- You will manage post-production vendors with Franchise Lead & Head of Production including review bids for accuracy, consistency and, once approved, initiate SOWs and PO requests.
- You will source in-game assets for vendors including working with our internal Capture team and game producers to understand asset availability.
- You will send trailers and other assets to EA's Legal team with proper caveats for review and confirm required disclaimers.
- You will sync with EA's localization team to confirm on-time delivery of localization projects and assets.
- You will build shoots alongside external production vendors including budgeting, casting, facilities and scheduling, prop list.
- You will forecast and maintain asset production budgets.

- History in executing the production of video and design assets.
- Experience with live action shoots, key art, design & motion systems, video trailers, screenshots.
- Experience with pre/post/editorial/design production processes.
- Familiar with common production tools: Airtable, Frame.io, Frontify and Google Drive.
- You have adept knowledge of EA SPORTS, football, and its culture.
