Description & Requirements Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. A team where everyone makes play happen.

About the Role

As an Associate Media Content Manager within the Content Adaptation and Localisation Team, you will be an important member of EA\'s Global Production organisation. Based in Guildford, primarily working across our Entertainment and Sports Franchises, you will report to the Senior Manager, Adaptation & Localisation. You will collaborate with a diverse team operating across the globe — where a commitment to a “one team” mindset is necessary.

What You\'ll Do

As a member of the Adaptation Lifecycle team, you will support a variety of EA franchises by managing the creation of player-facing email assets and in-game digital content to promote a wide range of activations. You\'ll oversee the design of these assets, collaborating closely with our partners to guide projects from initial briefing, through approvals, to final handoff for localisation. In this production-focused role, you will be responsible for both fast-turnaround, high-volume, daily assets and medium-term projects with longer timelines.

How You\'ll Work

We aim to establish clear workflows and scalable processes to meet the growing demands of the business. Your daily work will include a mix of recurring production tasks and broader project responsibilities, all centered on delivering assets that are on time, on brand, and on brief. We operate as a hybrid team, with three days in the office (Tuesday and Thursday with one flexible day, core hours of 9.30am to 4pm) and two days working from home (subject to change), to foster EA Team culture, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and team growth.

Who You\'ll Work With

You\'ll partner with multiple teams, including Lifecycle, Global Commercial Operations, International Marketing, Publishing, Core Creative, Studio, and Production. Our mission is to deliver high-capacity, high-quality creative assets that meet EA\'s global and local commercial needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the best email content to our teams.
  • Partner with Production and Creative teams to enhance our team\'s output and quality.
  • Build studio relationships to improve in-game asset quality and process efficiency.
  • Lead production planning and capacity management with our partners.
  • Oversee all projects from initial planning and briefing through to final delivery.
  • Manage business delivery expectations, communicating any changes and action plans with global partners.
  • Promote teamwork, information sharing and collaboration with global partners.
  • Partner with Lifecycle and Brand teams to ensure understanding and progress on projects.
  • Attend regular status calls driving accountability and transparency.
  • Foster positive working relationships across all partners and teams.
  • Track all asset deliverables through Airtable and other tools.

Experience / Qualifications

  • Previous industry experience within games or technology brands desirable.
  • Experience driving daily operations, utilising project management experience delivering assets through production agencies.
  • Excellent business relationship management abilities, with a focus on building and sustaining productive partnerships.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse partners.
  • Deliver high-quality work within compressed timelines.
