The Global Communications team, which sits within the integrated marketing department, is a visible and crucial communications role. Weβre looking for our new EU PR Associate Manager for skate and our Action Adventure titles. Reporting to the Global Comms Director, you will collaborate with teams around the business, working with our Global PR Manager and our PR agencies across NA and EU. You will ensure that our PR strategies are working in Europe.
You will communicate how the roll-out of strategy, communication, creative, and activations can be most effective across our markets. This will ensure that product campaigns are global. While you will focus on our priority markets in the UK, France, and Germany, you will also be an important partner with the Brand Marketing Regional Leads. Additionally, you will be a contributor to the rest of EU and LATAM integrated go-to-market plans, and you can manage public relations campaigns, including ongoing live service titles.
You will partner with the Global Communications and EA Brand teams, along with EU PR agencies across the organisation to lead multifaceted plans and creative communications strategies for the portfolio, ensuring they resonate across the regions. Work with UK, German and French PR agencies, forming deep relationships, improving workflows and being knowledgeable of their respective media landscape and top outlets. Establish a direct line with the NA PR agency for any PR needs including local press materials, interview scheduling and staffing, adding regional input to briefs and more.
Help to ensure the powerful messages and storylines we deliver through PR meet the business and communication needs of International markets. Ensure accurate feedback on local projects to the Global Communications and Brand teams. Coordinate and support respective agencies to pitch and place work in national, regional and local news outlets. Deliver reports on important campaign beats for each franchise giving both country breakdowns and a Pan-EU-LATAM overview, offering insights, results recommendations for future projects.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in communications, strategic media relations or public relations in multiple International territories.
- Measure PR efforts with PR monitoring tools to provide data-informed actions.
- You will have experience interpreting press feedback to make relevant recommendations.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English, able to present plans and concepts in English.
- Experience with gaming and an understanding of player motivations and needs.
- Proficiency in multiple European languages.
