The Narrative Designer will report to the Game Design Director working on a new project for EA Sports FC. The job will be hybrid with 2-3 days in our Southam office, but we may consider remote work for outstanding candidates.
We are looking for someone who understands football and our game to work in our growing design team with the Design Director and Senior Game Designer to develop narrative systems and to create something new and something exciting for our players.
Responsibilities:- You will design the narrative systems on the project, working with the Senior Game Designer and Game Design Director.
- You will be responsible for narrative design documentation.
- You will collaborate with and work with partners in code, art, and central teams both locally and in other locations.
- You will see the narrative design through implementation until release.
- At least 3 years experience in Narrative Design.
- Knowledge or understanding of football and/or the FC franchise.
- Experience writing and creating narrative systems.
- Experience with in-game dialogue systems.
