This role is based in Guildford (Hybrid) and you will report to the International Brand Marketing Lead.

The International Brand Marketing Team, which sits within the EA Publishing Team, guides the connection of Global Brands to local audiences in culturally meaningful ways for the business, responsible for the go to market integrated omni-channel campaign planning and execution ensuring European and Latin American markets achieve aligned plans as part of an overarching worldwide strategy. We aim to deliver investment which drives growth and we are on a mission to find a successful marketer who can develop and measure channel marketing activations across the UK & Ireland region with a focus on building and marketing Lifestyle & Action Adventure brands within our EA Entertainment portfolio such as The Sims, Skate, Marvel & Star Wars to name a few.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and consumer engagement.
  • Lead omni-channel planning and execution in territory, responding to each channel assignment with activations (e.g. Earned, Social Influencers, Partnerships, First Party, CGD, Talent, or Licensing) that reflect the strategy brief and ensure legal compliance by country.
  • Track and interpret UK & Ireland campaign & competitor performance and data delivered by EA analytics, agencies and Demand Planning teams and translate hypothesis into actions.
  • Manage marketing agencies and partners to bring our campaigns to life in markets.
  • Track Regional non-media budget and raise EPO, receiving for the approved campaign execution. Guide process to ensure legal approval on your activations.
  • Demonstrate experience in data interpretation and skills and ability to surface country insights and opportunities to earlier inform the marketing strategic planning for the EA Entertainment portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with local UKI market nuance and trends, expected to help ensure regional inputs are considered in global planning.
  • Brand Marketing & campaign management experience.
  • Marketing Agency Management background with project management experience.
  • Experience managing simultaneously different brands and products.
  • Digital marketing background with full-funnel approach. Understanding of marketing Indicators and campaign optimization factors.
  • Experience managing M&S budgets, understanding of P&L components.
  • Business and Commercial knowledge – global and local.
  • Impeccable English required to manage communication across a matrix of international counterparts.

Soft Skills

  • Teamwork, collaboration, leadership & influencing without authority.
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry.

Other qualifications

  • Experiences in marketing roles within Lifestyle Brands, Media & Entertainment industries.
  • Advanced Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) / PowerPoint and familiarity with other leading marketing platforms.
