Location: Luton, LU4 9QQ; a hybrid working scheme is available after successful passing of the probationary period.
Salary: £24,570 gross p. a. (based on 37.5 hours per week) + monthly commission

Opening hours Contact Centre: Our core hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6.15 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm. We have some full-time roles available, although we are willing to consider part-time shifts on a job share basis consisting of reduced hours or days. However, it is desirable that the shift pattern will include working a Monday and/or Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays.
What you'll do:
- Handle inbound/outbound sales and customer service enquiries for consumers in need of support or repair, adapting your approach to varying consumer needs.
- Utilize the available products and services to find a solution for the consumer that best fits their needs.
- Accurately record consumer data, ensuring compliance when selling regulated services such as insurance products and to ensure field teams can deliver service excellence.
- Work as a part of a team to deliver an exceptional service and achieve key performance targets.
- Seek out opportunities to upsell through service.
Qualifications:
- Experience working within a sales or customer service environment.
- Passion to deliver a first-class consumer experience.
- Confident on the phone and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated in both your daily activities and in self-development.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Ability to work remotely when required.
