Working closely with the D2C Sales Manager, you’ll identify opportunities, lead initiatives, and implement improvements that optimize the customer journey and boost conversion rates. This is a hands-on role where your insights and actions will directly impact our commercial success.
What you’ll do
- Analyze website performance using GA4 and ContentSquare to uncover customer behaviors and conversion opportunities.
- Collaborate with the D2C Sales Manager to align digital strategies with commercial goals.
- Optimize product merchandising to increase visibility and drive sales.
- Enhance the path to purchase, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
- Partner with the CRO team to plan and execute A/B tests and UX improvements.
- Monitor key KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
- Lead and support product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, and development teams.
- Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and continuously refine strategies.
