Luton, LU4 9QQ; hybrid working scheme is available after successful passing of probationary period.

Salary:
£24,570 gross p. a. (based on 37.5 hours per week) + monthly commission

Contract:
Permanent

Opening hours Contact Centre: Our core hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.15pm and Saturdays 9am to 1pm. We have a number of full-time roles available, although we are willing to consider part time shifts on a job share basis consisting of reduced hours or days. However, it is desirable that the shift pattern will include working a Monday and/or Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays.

What you\'ll do:

  • Handle inbound/outbound sales and customer service enquires for consumers in need of support or repair, adapting your approach to varying consumer needs
  • Utilize the available products and services to find a solution for the consumer that best fits their needs
  • Accurately record consumer data, ensuring compliance when selling regulated services such as insurance products and to ensure field teams can deliver service excellence
  • Work as a part of a team to deliver an exceptional service and achieve key performance targets
  • Seek out opportunities to upsell through service

Qualifications:

  • Experience working within a sales or customer service environment
  • Passion to deliver a first-class consumer experience
  • Confident on the phone and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated in both your daily activities and in self-development
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Ability to work remotely when required
