As a D2C E-Commerce Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping our digital consumer journey, driving online sales, and enhancing the performance of our branded websites.

Working closely with the D2C Sales Manager, you’ll identify opportunities, lead initiatives, and implement improvements that optimize the customer journey and boost conversion rates.

This is a hands-on role where your insights and actions will directly impact our commercial success.

  • What you’ll do
  • Analyze website performance using GA4 and Content Square to uncover customer behaviors and conversion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the D2C Sales Manager to align digital strategies with commercial goals.
  • Optimize product merchandising to increase visibility and drive sales.
  • Enhance the path to purchase, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
  • Partner with the CRO team to plan and execute A/B tests and UX improvements.
  • Monitor key KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
  • Lead and support product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, and development teams.
  • Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and continuously refine strategies.

  • Fluent in business English; a second European language is a plus.
  • Degree-level education is desirable.
