As we enter an exciting and ambitious growth phase, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring across our business. You will partner closely with line managers and relevant stakeholders to attract and hire top talent across editorial, production, publishing, commercial, and creative functions. This is a handsâon, fully remote role for someone who understands digital media hiring, enjoys the full recruitment lifecycle â from proactive sourcing and pipeline management to interviewing and building talent pools from the ground up â and can balance speed with quality in a competitive niche talent market. You will report directly to the Director of People & Culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage endâtoâend recruitment across multiple roles and teams, including editorial, audience growth, commercial, production, publishing and creative.
- Partner with hiring managers to discuss role requirements, align on screening criteria and build hiring kits for each relevant hiring process.
- Source candidates proactively using all relevant tools such as LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, roleâspecific groups, social media platforms, talent mapping, and direct outreach.
- Maintain accurate and updated data in the ATS.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout.
- Build strong candidate pipelines for key roles' skill sets.
- Use data and insights to provide feedback on how to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Deliver reports and progress updates on the goals/targets to be achieved.
Skills And Experience
- 4+ years of recruitment experience (inâhouse or agency) within digital media, content, publishing, or adjacent creative/tech environments or within the creator economy.
- Demonstrated experience filling hardâtoâhire roles across digital media or the creator economy.
- Proven experience running effectively full cycle hiring processes while maintaining candidate experience at the core.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Organised, detailâoriented, and able to manage effectively multiple roles at once.
- Deep understanding of digital media talent markets and candidate motivations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Resultsâdriven with a "canâdo" attitude against tight deadlines.
- Experience using ATS systems.
- Comfortable working in a fastâpaced, evolving environment.
- Ability to operate autonomously with clear targets and goals while providing necessary reports and maintaining regular catchâups with your line manager.
Desirable
- Familiarity using Teamtailor as an ATS system.
- Experience in a startup, scaleâup or highâgrowth environment.
- Other languages apart from English. German is a plus.
