A Fantastic Opportunity: Utility Arborist

As an Arborist you will be involved with clearing trees adjacent to overhead power lines and substations, operating chainsaws and chippers and maintaining vehicles, plant and equipment. You will be working as part of a great team ensuring all work is carried out safely and in compliance with working practices, codes of practices and risk assessments for the job. The successful candidate must have permission to work in the UK without sponsorship.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience working with the arb industry, ideally within utilities
  • Experience working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Experience working at height
  • Hold a full UK driving licence ideally with B+E
  • Hold NPTC 30, 31, 38 and 39 and ideally 40, 41 and NPTC UA 1
  • Hold a LANTRA / NPTC chipper certificate.
