Electrical Solutions Ltd is a fast-growing electrical contractor operating in the new build housing sector. The business has scaled from 9 to 21 live sites in the last 18 months and continues to expand across the North West and North Wales.
You have the opportunity to step into a senior, hands-on Electrical Manager role, taking ownership of multi-site delivery and playing a key role in how the operation develops as the business grows. This is a delivery-first, field-based role. You’ll be trusted to run your patch, manage volume, and keep programmes, labour and standards under control.
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing electrical delivery across multiple live new build sites
- Planning programmes and coordinating electricians, subbies and materials
- Managing labour gaps and redeploying resources as sites progress
- Liaising closely with site teams, housebuilders and the MD
- Being visible on site and resolving issues early
About you:
- Strong electrical background with credibility on site
- Progressed from electrician into site, contracts or multi-site management
- Comfortable managing multiple live developments at pace
- Calm under pressure, organised and proactive
- Confident dealing with a wide range of stakeholders
