This is a full-time, on-site Internal Sales role located in Coatbridge. The Internal Sales Representative will manage customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product advice and support. The role includes building and maintaining customer relationships, contributing to sales strategies, and effectively identifying and meeting customers’ needs.
Qualifications:
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively understand and address customer requirements
- Experience in Sales and Training to manage client relationships and assist with the sales process
