ECS – Electrical Compliance & Safety are currently looking for experienced Electrical Subcontractors to support ongoing long-term social housing contracts. This is a subcontract opportunity for qualified electricians experienced in domestic EICRs, testing, inspection, and remedial works within occupied and void social housing properties. We’re looking for reliable subcontractors who want consistent weekly work, organised workloads, and strong weekly earnings without constantly chasing the next contract.

The role:
You’ll be responsible for carrying out domestic EICRs across social housing properties, identifying defects, completing minor remedial works where required, and ensuring certification and reports are completed accurately. Requirements:
- Qualified Electrician
- 18th Edition
- 2391 or equivalent Inspection & Testing qualification preferred
- Previous EICR experience
- Own van and tools
- Public Liability Insurance
- Ability to complete certification accurately
- Experience within social housing desirable
- Evidence of CIS or Ltd Company status required
