You’ll plan and schedule Electrical testing and remedials across the UK, coordinating a team of Electricians to deliver work safely, on time, and to standard. Every day is varied, with problem-solving, team management, and opportunities to make a real impact on the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the key link between clients, engineers, and the wider business to keep projects running smoothly.
- Plan and schedule work nationwide, ensuring engineers are fully equipped, trained, and supported.
- Monitor job completion, paperwork, invoicing, and reporting to keep operations on track.
- Drive team performance and support management in achieving KPIs and strong service delivery.
